This website was a great way to get used to the whole blogging thing but was restrictive in what I could do with design, layout and adding cool real estate information so I signed on with a new host. Still, yes still, working out the kinks, but I really like where it is going. Please check it out.

New Site Coming Soon...
It has been a long time since my last post because I have been working on a new design plan for my blog. It will give me a lot of the features I need for photos, videos etc. The problem is that I don't know how to use it! It has been totally frustrating but fun becasue I am working with some experts that are helping. I am excited about the new blog coming but while it's under construction, I am back to using this one. Stay tuned...

Like I NEED more jewerly...
Headed over to Jen Serroni's of Flourtown last weekend for a glass of wine, some good company and two pairs of new earrings :) Jen hosted a jewerly party for her friend Tiffany Hendel of Premier Designs Jewelry. Honestly, I needed nothing but gave the catalogue a quick glance and realized I do "need" new gold hoops and I also "need" some black, ropey sort of sparkly dangling earrings.
Another fun night in the neighborhood:)
Ahhhh...the beach!

Backyard BBQ in Oreland on Saturday
John and Tracey Kiefner with Lauren, Ella and Grant Ali and Tracy Lewis with Lindsay, Ry Ry and Caitlin Matt and Whitney Ellis with Bauer John Wilson and his Brother |
(I should've taken a picture but I am still just an amateur blogger)
The food was awesome and I actually did take a picture of that but for a very specific reason: COCO POPS!
COCO POPS |
Apparently they can only be bought at Wegman's or the Shop 'n Bag in the Dresher Shopping Center but they might be worth the trip. Each disc is 16 calories and can be broken up into 4 pieces at 4 calories each. When served with Hummus, Olives and Shrimp Cocktail, see below:
It can make a really healthy and tasty appetizer. The cracker has flavor but not so much that it overpowers the dip. I really enjoyed it. Thanks for inviting me to the party guys!
P.S. At her request, not shown is Lisa Wilson. Neighbor, creator of these apps and founder of the COCO POP!!!

Jammin for a Cause
On Saturday Night PJ Whelihan's in Blue Bell was host of The 3rd Annual Music for Milagre Festival. The place was hopping as local Bands, The Manny Trio, Jonathan Roberts, The Ball Pointed Pens, The 309 and The Dodge City Junkies lent their time and talents to raise money for this very specal cause. Event coordinators, Lauren Sullivan of Oreland, Alex Viele of Erdenheim and president of Milagre School, Tricia Cuce, hold this event dear and are grateful to all who generously support this important school.
Milagre Kids School, Inc. Is a nonprofit corporation started by parents that specializes in educating children with Autistic Spectrum Disorders. Milagre Kids School was approved for license by the PA Dept of Education in August 2007 as a private academic school specifically to offer special education to Elementary students with Autism/PDD.

Graduation Day is Almost Here
Bishop McDevitt Class of 2010 graduate, Allison Pollock celebrated this milestone with family, friends and neighbors on Saturday at her parents house (Chuck and Tara) on Allen Rd. in Oreland. Allison was beaming as she talked about her plans to head to Wildwood this summer and then off to Catholic University in D.C. this Fall. Ahh, remember when? I digress...
Great party Chuck and Tara! Your are a wonderful Mom and Dad :)
